What is Visa On Arrival?
Visa on Arrival (VoA) is a type of visa that travelers can obtain upon arriving at their destination country, instead of applying in advance at an embassy or consulate. This visa is typically issued at the airport, seaport, or land border entry point.
Our Service
VoA Application
Visa on Arrival (VOA) is available upon arrival at designated international airports in Indonesia. However, due to the high number of travelers using this visa option, long queues and extended waiting times at the airport immigration counters are very common.
To avoid the hassle, we offer a convenient online Visa on Arrival application, which can be submitted up to 30 days before your arrival in Indonesia. With this service, you won’t need to queue at the airport. Simply present the e-Visa received via email to immigration, and proceed smoothly through the arrival process.
You will receive a Visa with code B1, which is valid for 30 days from your date of arrival. This visa is extendable once for an additional 30 days, giving you a total stay of up to 60 days.
VoA Extension
The initial Visa on Arrival is valid for 30 days only. If you wish to stay longer, you must apply for a visa extension at least 7 days before your current visa expires.
By extending your VOA, you can stay an extra 30 days, making the total stay up to 60 days. When using our service, the extension process already includes all necessary verification procedures.
If you extend your visa with us, it includes the verification fee.
⚠️ Important: If you overstay without extending your visa, you will be subject to a penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per day, according to Indonesian immigration law.
VoA Verification
Verification is required for foreigners who extend their Visa on Arrival online or independently. After submitting the extension, you must complete a verification process to obtain an official appointment at the immigration office for:
- Fingerprint scanning
- Taking Photo
Without completing this verification, your visa extension is not fully valid, and you may encounter issues during immigration checks.
Our service includes support in scheduling and managing the verification process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
